Required Documents

Official confirmation of enrollment in a university, language school, or course. Mandatory for visa application.
Acceptance Letter from a Polish Educational Institution
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned stay
Valid passport
Standard biometric photos used for official visa documents
Passport-size photos
Bank statement, sponsor letter, or scholarship certificate proving that you can financially support yourself during your stay.
Proof of Financial Means
Official application form submitted to the Polish consulate or visa center.
Completed VFS Global visa application
Must cover medical expenses in Poland for the entire stay (minimum €30,000 coverage).
